Following a recent major investment programme we can now offer our customers upto 9 colour flexo print. The quality we can offer is superb as you can see in our samples gallery here on the website. Gearless Technology allows us to offer you whatever repeat size you want upto 800mm. No more restrictions of 5mm increments! If you need a repeat length of 589.3mm - you can have it! The maximum width of material we can print on is 1300mm.We can also print on almost any substrate (as long as it's flexible).

Perforation
We can add additional technical features to packaging materials by perforating them. Our hot-needle perforator allows us to perforate a wide range of films with a range of hole densities. Putting holes into packaging materials is not as straightforward as it sounds; the correct hole size, hole density and hole shape all contribute to the material’s final performance.

Slitting
Our 3 slitting machines allow us to cover a wide range of disciplines.
We can slit mill-reels directly from the material producer right down to single reels at under 100mm in width. We can handle a wide range of materials; from non-woven fabrics and paper to polypropylenes and multi-layer laminates.
